Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is seeking a contractor to provide Construction Management services and Construction for the Relocatable Classroom Remediation at Bethlehem Catholic High School in Saskatoon. Sealed electronic proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 1, 2026, submitted in accordance with Section 00 20 00 - INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPONENTS. A mandatory site tour for proponents will be held Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST, commencing near the school’s main entrance. Electronic proposal documents are available from Edwards Edwards McEwen Architects at 202 Avenue B North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7L 1E2. Proposals must include a bid bond equal to 10% of the estimated Cost of Construction; the successful proponent must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each equal to 50% of the contract amount upon contract signing, and must include a Letter of Surety guaranteeing compliance.
