Tender: Repairs and Improvements to Gwaii Haanas Float Camp – Floats, Moorings and Interior Systems (Complete by October 31, 2027)

Parks Canada Agency is seeking a contractor to perform repairs and improvements to the floats, connections, mooring and interior systems of the Gwaii Haanas Float Camp in the Gwaii Haanas National Marine Conservation Area, with all work to be completed no later than October 31, 2027. Bids must follow a two-submission procedure and will be accepted only by email to [email protected] (maximum 15 MB per email; bidders may send multiple labeled emails) or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808; in-person or courier submissions will not be accepted. The procurement includes an Indigenous Participation Plan requiring provision of specific socioeconomic benefits for Indigenous people and Indigenous businesses in the contract area, all work must comply with ordinances and regulations under the National Park Act, enquiries must be submitted in writing at least five business days before solicitation closing, and solicitation documents and addenda are available through the Government of Canada tendering service (CanadaBuys). Documents may be submitted in either official language and the Crown reserves the right to negotiate.
