About

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking a contractor to perform interior sanitary sewer repairs and install new sanitary sewer piping beneath the existing concrete floor at the Northern Forestry Centre in Edmonton. The work includes associated excavation, concrete/floor restoration, work around existing infrastructure and site cleanup, and must be completed within 30 weeks of notification of acceptance of the offer. This is Phase Two of a two-phase process; only suppliers qualified in Phase One will be invited to submit a financial bid and late submissions will not be considered. The site is secured: contractor personnel must be escorted on site by NRCan and/or Commissionaires and the site superintendent must obtain Government of Canada Reliability security clearance before physical work begins. There is an optional site visit on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11 A.M. Alberta Time; interested bidders are to meet at the front desk of Northern Forestry Centre, 5320 122 Street NW, Edmonton, AB.
