Parks Canada Agency is seeking a contractor to supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision to carry out snow clearing, salting and sanding for park roads and parking lots in Prince Edward Island National Park, with work to be performed from November 15, 2026 to April 15, 2027 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Bids will be accepted only by email to [email protected] or by facsimile to 1-877-558-2349; in-person, courier or SAP Ariba submissions will not be accepted. Parks Canada’s maximum email file size is 15 megabytes, emails with links are not accepted, and bidders may send multiple labelled emails if required. An optional site visit is scheduled for September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM ADT at 8619 Cavendish Rd, Cavendish PE (Green Gables Visitor Centre); bidders must confirm attendance with the Contracting Authority by September 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM and submit the required certification to attend. Technical and contractual enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority and received no later than five calendar days before solicitation closing.
