The Correctional Service of Canada is seeking a supplier for snow clearing, snow removal, sanding, salting and ice control services at the St. John’s Community Correctional Center (CCC) parking facility and associated areas in Newfoundland and Labrador. The contractor must provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation and incidentals, monitor weather conditions and conduct regular site inspections to ensure proactive and timely snow and ice control. The contract period is December 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. This solicitation is subject to the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and is open to Canadian suppliers (reciprocal procurement provisions for applicable trading partners are noted); the evaluation strategy is lowest priced compliant bid and the requirement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business if two or more responsive Indigenous bids meet PSIB requirements. There are no security requirements and the procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
