DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and ice control services in Debert, Nova Scotia and surrounding locations including Truro Armouries, Debert Rifle Range, Great Village, Masstown RX Site, Pictou Armoury, Springhill Armoury and Amherst Armoury; the work includes supply of labour, materials, supervision and equipment. The contract is from date of award to April 30, 2027 with an estimated initial term value of $293,150 and an option to extend for two additional one‑year periods at an estimated $293,150 per year for a total estimated value of $879,450. Bidding documents and results are available on MERX, questions must be directed only to the advertised point of contact, there is no site visit scheduled, and the contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) from the Contract Security Program (PSPC). This solicitation is conducted under CFTA, CETA (Chapter Nineteen) and WTO‑GPA.
