About

Sturgeon County is seeking a supplier for a Revenue and Cash Management System as part of its Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) Phase 2 to replace legacy systems that support property taxation, utility billing, accounts receivable, cash receipting and bank management. The project aims to modernize and enhance the County’s financial services platform by improving business processes, operational efficiency, reporting capabilities and overall user experience, and to implement citizen self-service features that provide residents with secure, convenient online access to account management, billing, payments and other customer interactions.
