The Rural Municipality of The Gap No. 39 is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of bulk clear diesel fuel and premium gasoline to designated municipal fuel storage facilities to support road maintenance, public works and municipal equipment operations. The contract term is two years commencing January 1, 2027, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Tender submissions will be evaluated on compliance with the tender requirements, a proposed fixed markup above the applicable Regina rack price, supplier experience, references, service capabilities, and overall value. Tender documents are available through SaskTenders. Submissions (sealed or electronic) must be received by 3:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time on Monday, November 30, 2026; hard copy submissions must be clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL – GAP2026-04 Bulk Fuel Supply Tender" and delivered to the RM of The Gap No. 39 Municipal Office, 107 Main Street, Ceylon, Saskatchewan S0C 0T0, or emailed no later than the deadline. The RM reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and to accept the tender deemed to be in its best interests. Estimated award date is December 9, 2026.
