About

The Provincial Palliative Care Program is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide strategic clinical leadership and evidence-informed advice to translate the Pediatric Model of Care within the Health Services Delivery Framework into practice. The Clinical Lead will support implementation planning, workforce development, data governance, equity-informed approaches, and make recommendations that respond to emerging system priorities to advance the goals and next steps in the Ministry of Health's Provincial Framework for Palliative Care. The role will work collaboratively with the Provincial Palliative Care Program and the Provincial Clinical Co-Leads, and expressions of interest are invited from palliative care health service providers; the opportunity is open to all qualified candidates.
