About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction (project completion, commissioning, and project records) and warranty inspection for seepage monitoring system upgrades, structure replacement and other works at St. Mary Dam in Cardston County. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files—Part One (Technical Qualifications) and Part Two (Proposal Fee)—each less than 10 MB. This is a Request for Proposal (not an Invitation to Tender); the department may request clarifications, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes to the successful proposal. No payment will be made for proposal preparation, and selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost.
